What Does the following MRI Test Result Mean?

had a brain MRI and a MRA on my arteries. Results for MRI on brain came back as such: Punctate nonspecific signal abnormalities in the right parietal subcortical white matter and right external capsul, sequela of microvscular ischemic damage. Possibly demyelination. Need it in laymans terms. MRA on arteries came back as such:Mild signal attenuation of the corotid bulbs and proximal internal carotoid arteries bilaterally, left worse than right, likely reflecting atherosclerotic plaque. Need laymans terms. also noted on MRI was a right sided paranasal sinus diseas. I do not have the money. sorry. Unemployed at this time. was just trying to figure out what it meant what does all this mean? a
